By accessing or using SuperMailr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
SuperMailr is an email marketing platform that allows you to create, send, and track email campaigns. SuperMailr provides the infrastructure, deliverability, and support — you just log in and start sending.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable email marketing laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. This includes obtaining proper consent from recipients, including a valid unsubscribe mechanism in all commercial emails, and honoring opt-out requests promptly. SuperMailr provides tools to assist with compliance but does not guarantee legal compliance on your behalf.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
SuperMailr and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create and upload. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the platform is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuperMailr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or legitimate business purposes. You remain responsible for any fees incurred prior to termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, at our election.
